Only a little while ago, a Tumblr interface change caused the extra post buttons that Missing e adds to the new post creation page (Queue Post, Save Draft and Save as Private) to overlap with the Create Post button.

This is now fixed in version 2.9.3.

Also, I’ve added the option to post to Facebook when using the Quick Reblog menu. Just like with Twitter, this will default to whatever you’ve chosen in your blog settings page. You can force it to always or never post to Facebook when you quick reblog by customizing it in the settings page (find out how to get there) under the Post Features tab, in the Better Reblogs section.

fb friend meets a cardinals fan at the bar. all was well til said fan finds out he’s a cubs fan and tries to start a fight. fb friend rants on fb, generalising cardinals fans as a whole.

people sympathise with his anger at the fan-at-the-bar, especially since he bought him a drink. start cheering for their respective teams, yadda.

random friend of his says, and i quote:

“cubs fans, cards fans, whatever fans, get over yourselves, your all just a bunch of wannabe jocks slobbering all over yourselves over some pointless game. get your priorities straight.” (sic)

Can we just talk about this for a second? By this logic, you can be enthusiastic over nothing unless it matters. however, ‘matters’ is subjective, ergo you can pretty much be enthusiastic over nothing until everyone reaches a consensus on what matters.

Also, that if you like sports, you’re a slobbering wannabe jock.

GOD, people are such fucking PRICKS.

Blair reports that when he returned home from his local FOX station for the interview that his voice mail was full of messages and his inbox had almost 200 hateful messages. “I can always tell when someone from American Atheists is on FOX news, because my Inbox explodes with hate email,” said Blair.

We can talk about the issues about this, but our friend William Hamby has put it well over at the Examiner . In addition, Practical Doubt was able to capture some more  as well. Unfortunately, they blacked out the names of the guilty.

Moderators on FOX News’ Facebook page had been trying diligently to delete the violent threats, but not before they were screen-captured by a diligent American Atheists member named Robert Posey.”
